Guerra’s House of Warriors Boxing/KickBoxing classes teach the appropriate skills and techniques for both those looking to compete or to provide an outstanding total body workout. These classes are designed to increase muscle strength and endurance through a variety of Boxing and KickBoxing drills.
Instruction is provided in basic to advanced level KickBoxing, Muay Thai and Western Style Boxing skills and combinations. Boxing/KickBoxing classes include cardio conditioning, bag work, shadow boxing, punching, kicking, knee and elbow striking drills, core strength exercises and pad work.
